Join us during regular hours to reduce stress, increase cardiovascular endurance, increase muscle strength and flexibility and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We have two lane designated for lap swimmers and water walkers. Non lap swimmers and walkers using the lanes should move to other areas of the pool when a lap swimmer or water walker arrives. When sharing a lane, follow the standard protocol of down on the right and back on the right. Passing may take place on the left. Before entering a lane watch the other swimmers and enter the lane that matches your workout speed. Acknowledge other swimmers in your lane to assure everyone is comfortable in and around the water.
