Y EXERCISE CLASS GENERAL INFORMATION:

 

Drop-in Policies: Drop-in dues are $7 per class for local Y members and $10 per class for non-members.  Drop-in passes must be purchased at Y front desk and presented to the class instructor when attending the class.  Drop-ins are allowed only if spaces are available in the class.  Drop-ins are not available in Aikido. Drop-ins for cycling must check with at the front desk for availability and must arrive 5 minutes prior to class.

 

Payments: Payment is due during first week of class attendance to avoid a $10 late charge.

 

Substitutions:  Participants may substitute another fitness class if unable to attend their regular class as long as space allows with the exception of Aikido. Participants subbing into a cycling class must arrive 5 minutes before class.

 

Age Limits: Participants under 12 years of age are not permitted in group exercise classes.

 

Employees of CMW and their spouses can earn ½ the Y member price back on class fees by attending 75% of the classes in a session!!
