AQUA-FIT

A shallow water workout focusing on all muscle groups through a full range of motion. Have fun while increasing muscular strength, core strength, balance, endurance, and circulation. This is a great class for the actively aging, beginners, or participants needing low-impact exercise.

Total Strength

Check “work out” off your to-do list first thing with this early morning all strength class. You will get a total body workout guaranteed to challenge you and get the results of a stronger, shapely, fit body.

Energize & Mobilize

Don’t let your balance or physical condition deter you from exercising. This easy to follow class will be fun and effective. It is great for beginning exercisers or actively aging adults. You will leave class feeling stronger, more flexible, and with a positive attitude. Exercises can be done standing or seated.

Pilates Core

A combination of Pilates moves along with some yoga techniques and basic exercises designed to develop a strong core. When your core muscles are strong, you have increased torso stability and movement confidence in your everyday life. Exercises will have modifications for every fitness level.

Boot Camp Express

This 40-minute class focuses on working your body from head to toe with high-intensity intervals of cardio and strength! You will blast calories, rev your metabolism, and build strength and endurance. It is a win-win combination! This class is held in the CMW auditorium and is open to CMW employees, retirees and spouses.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi: Moving For Better Balance is a research-based balance training regimen designed for older adults and people with balance disorders. Training focuses on good body alignment, balance skills, and small joint strength/flexibility through the use of coordinated and flowing movements. This low impact exercise program is suitable for all ages, beginning exercisers, or active cross-trainers. Participants will feel stronger, have better balance, greater flexibility, and feel more confident after completing this Tai Chi program. Participants should wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement. Athletic shoes recommended.

Zumba is back! This high-energy class feels like a party, but it’s a fun and effective total-body workout. You will burn calories, improve muscle tone, and exercise your brain as you learn fun, new Zumba routines. No dance experience required.

Start your day off with a great cardio and lower body workout! This class will challenge participants through hills and flats leaving them ready to face the day. All cycling experience levels are welcome.

RIDE it OFF!

Looking to shed a few “unwanted” pounds?…release some frustrations?…just feel better? Come ride it off in this complete cardio cycling class choreographed to fun, motivating music! All fitness levels are encouraged to attend. Bring a towel and a water bottle!
