The YMCA Personal & Small Group Training program offers individualized fitness programming for general wellness, aesthetics, sports skills, daily function, and improved body composition. Our trainers provide guidance for clients based on their personal goals and current physical abilities. There are no cookie cutter training plans!
Personal Training is for one person, while the Small Group Training allows two or three people, with similar goals, to train together. Some clients find the small group atmosphere highly motivating.

1-hour Personal Training: $30 local Y member / $45 non-member
3-hours Personal Training: $85 local Y member / $125 non-member
6-hours Personal Training: $165 local Y member / $225 non-member
1-hour: 2 clients—$55 / 3 clients—$75
3-hours: 2 clients—$150 / 3 clients—$210
6-hours: 2 clients—$280 / 3 clients—$375
Cost listed is divided equally between the 2 or 3 clients.
