*Participants must register at Y front desk by 5:00 PM of the previous Friday. Drop-in dues are $5/person.
*Non-members must purchase a guest pass to attend.
*Learn basic weight lifting guidelines including safety concerns in the weight room and proper techniques.
*Ages 12-14 with a parent and suitable for all other participants over the age of 15
